Start a conversation.
A first conversation establishes whether an assessment is the right thing at all. If it is not, we will say so. There is no charge for finding that out, and no follow-up sequence.
What is useful to include
- What the programme was supposed to deliver, and by when.
- Where it is now, in one or two sentences.
- Who owns the outcome internally.
- What decision is coming, and when.
- What is at stake if it goes the wrong way.
None of that needs to be polished, and none of it needs client-identifiable detail at this stage.
What happens next
A reply. If the four conditions are clearly not met, that reply says so and explains why.
Forty-five minutes, no deck. We are establishing whether there is a real decision, a real sponsor, and real exposure.
One page: what the assessment will examine, who we would need access to, and the dates. Price is already published.
The assessment runs. You own what comes out of it.
Where we work
Across the GCC and the wider MENA region, on site where an engagement needs it and remotely where it does not.
Everything discussed is covered by the discretion policy from the first message, not from signature.
